RidgePoint Performance Medicine

Why RidgePoint

Musculoskeletal care has a problem. We built RidgePoint to fix it.

The Problem

Traditional MSK Care Often Falls Short

The majority of musculoskeletal conditions can be resolved without surgery. But too often, patients are rushed through high-volume systems that default to imaging, procedures, and specialist referrals — rather than taking the time to listen, diagnose accurately, and build a real plan.

What Sets Us Apart

Six Things We Do Differently

01

Conservative-First Philosophy

The majority of musculoskeletal conditions do not require surgery or invasive procedures. We take that seriously. Procedures are offered when conservative care has been appropriately tried and an intervention is supported by evidence — not because it's the fastest path to a billable code.

02

Integrated Team, One Plan

Your sports medicine physician, rehab specialist, and chiropractor aren't operating in separate silos with separate plans. They communicate, coordinate, and build from a single clinical picture — so your care is consistent and cohesive from day one.

03

Time to Actually Listen

Your first appointment is not a 10-minute checkbox visit. We take the time to understand your history, your activity level, your goals, and what you've already tried. That context shapes everything — and it's impossible to get without slowing down.

04

Evidence-Based, Not Trend-Driven

The wellness industry is full of expensive, unproven treatments marketed as breakthroughs. We follow the research. If a treatment doesn't have meaningful clinical support, we don't offer it — and we'll tell you why clearly rather than selling you something you don't need.

05

Your Goals, Not Our Metrics

We measure success by whether you can do what you want to do — return to your sport, keep up with your grandkids, work a full day without pain. Not by visit counts or procedure volume. Your outcomes are the scorecard, and we take that responsibility seriously.

06

Transparency in Every Decision

You will always know what we think is wrong, what we recommend and why, what the realistic outcomes are, and what happens if we do nothing. No mystery. No pressure. Just honest clinical thinking — so you can make informed decisions about your own care.

Our Philosophy

Non-Operative Excellence
Is a Specialty.

Our Philosophy

Non-Operative Expertise Is a Specialty

Surgery saves lives and restores function when it's needed. But in musculoskeletal care, the question of when it's truly needed is often answered too quickly. Many patients are referred to surgery before conservative options have been adequately explored.

RidgePoint exists specifically to fill that gap. We are specialists in non-operative MSK care — not because we are anti-surgery, but because we believe every patient deserves a thorough, expert attempt at conservative management before that decision is made.

When surgery is appropriate, we will say so clearly and help facilitate the right referral. When it isn't, we'll build the best possible plan to get you where you want to be without it.

Clinical Positioning

"RidgePoint provides evidence-based, non-operative orthopedic and sports medicine care focused on helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes while respecting their goals, time, and resources."

Founding Principle

Always do what's right for the patient.

Not what's easiest. Not what's most profitable. Not what keeps the schedule moving. What is actually right for each individual patient, every time.
